5th Sunday of Ordinary Time

This week's readings encourage us to consider the proper perspective we should have about our lives. Often we live as a slave to time, believing that there will never be enough and we must make use of every moment and we forget that God is outside of time and to him there is no scarcity. And the same applies to the times when God feels far away. We often need the reminder that God is never far from us even when He feels very far away. Let's seek to draw close to Him and to look for Him and to choose Him even in the hardest moments.
