Are you weary? Do you seek rest? Where are you looking?
In the Eucharist, we are given the rest we ask for and the strength we need for the journey. As Jesus provides us rest, He enters into us and we can know and love Him more deeply.
He offers us the Bread of Life! He gives us Himself! Instead of shying away from His gift of self, Jesus invites us to to say YES to Him and make Him the center, strength and source of our lives.
How can you take a step today to make Jesus and His Eucharistic heart the source of your life?
