First Sunday in Lent

Temptations in our life will never fully go away, but that doesn't mean sin will never go away. We can be free from sin! Jesus has entered into the battle of temptation with us, and he has conquered temptation and sin. The victory is His, and He wants to share that with us.

In every moment of our lives, we must call on Him to give us the grace to choose Him. We must ask Him to conquer the temptation in our lives. Instead of praying for these moments of temptation to go away, but to see them as opportunities of beautiful communion with Jesus; to choose Him above all. In Him, we are victorious and can hope that He will conquer the temptation and sin in us.
