Twenty-Fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time

What is our relationship with money? What is my disposition of heart with wealth? Can I say to my Lord ‘All that I have is yours’?

In the gospel parable of the steward, we see a struggling man who beautifully puts his relationship over money and things in his life. Jesus wants us to have a correct with money, wealth, and material goods. This is the call to learn how to use it prudently and live with it so that it does not dominate our lives.

After listening to this homily, reflect with the questions Father asks us to understand and learn where our relationship with money is at. 

Am I using material stuff as my source of happiness?

Am I willing to hurt other people to get stuff?

'We cannot serve both God and mammon.'
