If any outward practice is going to be true, it has to first start with an interior transformation.
Find time for quiet prayer this week. Be honest with where you are at with Jesus. Come before Him and tell him where you're at. Ask for His healing. Ask Him to love you in these places.
Ask Him to transform you.
