We all have difficult things in our life and sometime it's easy to think that life with Jesus will free us from all of those sufferings. In the readings today, however, we learn from Paul that accepting the Gospel doesn't mean that our life will automatically become easier, but rather that the Holy Spirit will equip us with everything we need to face and carry the crosses in our lives.
